嘿 羅比（以下稱「Robby」）是為小型與一人生意打造的 AI 助理服務。本政策說明 Robby 作為服務提供者，在協助店家（「客戶」）經營生意的過程中，如何收集、使用與保護資料 — 包括客戶自己的帳號資料，以及客戶的顧客透過 LINE、Instagram 等管道與店家互動時產生的訊息與訂單資料。
客戶帳號資料：姓名、聯絡方式（Email、LINE ID）、生意名稱與內容，用於建立與維運服務。
顧客互動資料：透過店家的 LINE 官方帳號或 Instagram 商業帳號傳送的訊息內容、訂購項目、 取貨或聯絡資訊，由 Robby 代店家處理與回覆。
服務使用紀錄：為維護服務品質與計費（如對話則數），我們記錄基本的使用量資料。
這些資料僅用於提供、維護與改善 Robby 服務本身：回覆顧客訊息、記錄訂單、產生備貨提醒與洞察報告。我們不會將顧客資料用於與 該店家業務無關的目的，也不會出售資料。
對於客戶自己的顧客資料，客戶（店家）是資料控制者，Robby 是代為處理的服務提供者。我們僅在提供服務所必要的範圍內存取這些資料。
為運作服務，我們會透過下列第三方服務商處理資料，僅限完成對應功能所需：
除上述必要情形或法律要求外，我們不會將資料分享給其他第三方。
資料會保存至服務持續期間。客戶可隨時要求匯出或刪除其資料；服務終止後，我們會在合理 期間內刪除或去識別化保存的資料，法律另有要求者除外。

嘿 羅比 ("Robby") is an AI assistant service for small and solo businesses. This policy explains how Robby, as the service provider, collects, uses, and protects data while helping a business owner (a "client") run their business — including the client's own account data, and the messages and order data generated when the client's customers interact with the business over LINE, Instagram, or similar channels.
Client account data: name, contact details (email, LINE ID), and business information, used to set up and operate the service.
Customer interaction data: messages, order items, and pickup or contact details sent through the client's LINE Official Account or Instagram Business account, handled and replied to by Robby on the client's behalf.
Usage data: basic usage metrics (such as conversation counts) recorded to maintain service quality and billing.
This data is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Robby service: replying to customer messages, logging orders, and generating prep reminders and insights. We do not use customer data for purposes unrelated to that client's business, and we do not sell data.
For a client's own customer data, the client (business owner) is the data controller, and Robby acts as a service provider processing that data on their behalf. We access this data only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
To operate the service, we process data through the following third-party providers, limited to what each function requires:
Beyond what's described above or as required by law, we do not share data with other third parties.
Data is retained for as long as the service is active. Clients may request export or deletion of their data at any time; after service termination, we delete or de-identify retained data within a reasonable period, except where law requires otherwise.
